I needed a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection for my insurance company. I called Peter and he fitted me in his schedule within a couple of days as I needed it done quickly. He arrived promptly and left no mess and was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Peter was right on time. Easy to talk to. My husband wasn't home so I needed things explained a little more. He did just that. Thank you Peter.

As a RE Broker it is important to have a good team of professionals to help client's transactions go as smoothly as possible. I have used Peter from A&P Inspections for many years as my go to inspector. Peter is professional, attentive, thorough and an all-round great person. I would recommend Peter to all clients or realtors looking for great workmanship and thorough inspections. Thank you Peter for always providing the best for my clients.

Nothing but praise to the inspector. He took his time and was very thorough with the inspection. I work on homes myself and he pointed out stuff that I overlooked. Highly recommended!

Peter was nothing short of exceptional! I was very reassured when he was completing the inspection and was left without a doubt that every deficiency was found to save me the burden of having to deal with it after my home purchase. Peter was beyond professional and diligent in his approach. I thank Jesus for the life of Peter and his exceptional work.

💭Everyone knows purchasing a new home can be one of the most stressful things to do but thankfully the inspection process was the easiest part of it all. 🙌 From scheduling to the actual inspection everything was super smooth. I needed an inspection done asap and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in.🙏 The inspection report was immensely detailed and so easy to understand. Any questions I had Peter explained thoroughly. I'm excited to start this new chapter in my life and happy that A&P Inspections gave me peace of mind my family and I will be in a safe place. I am a first time home buyer and I could not be happier that I chose A&P Inspection Solutions for my investment property inspection. They provided nothing BUT the very best services from the beginning - with easy and quick scheduling, extremely thorough inspection, fair pricing, and a highly detailed report at the end - they were a pleasure to work with. Peter went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to explain everything. - and I can not thank him enough for that. Thanks to him, I feel at ease and confident about the property I am about to purchase. I would highly recommend this company anytime if you are in a need of a reliable, professional, and thorough home inspection. I will certainly be calling them in the future if in need for home inspection services. Thank you.

LOVED LOVED LOVED! Peter was so great. He answered all my questions and he also gave me tips on how to clean my water heater. Very friendly and no attitude detected when listening or answering my questions. I will highly recommend this company. And did I say the prices are reasonable. I just knew I was going to be paying an outrageous price for my inspection. I will most definitely be using this company for my Annual maintenance checkup. Thank you Peter.

Any one looking to buy a house and needing a home inspection done should hire Peter at A&P inspection solutions. Not only did he give us a thorough inspection, he explained everything! He was patient when listening to and answering all of our questions. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and interested in sharing his knowledge with the home buyer. My realtor was even impressed with his comprehensive inspection of our home. My husband and I feel so confident in our new home purchase. You can’t go wrong with Peter! *Side note: He even drove all the way back to the house a second time because the water wasn’t turned on when he originally did his inspection and he didn’t want anything to be missed that we would need to know about. Thanks Peter we greatly appreciate your services!

We recently used A&P for a home inspection and I couldn't be more pleased! I have worked with several other inspectors over the years but the quality of the report was astounding, every detail was caught and it was very affordable. They were on time, very professional and EXTREMELY thorough. I would highly recommend A&P if you are looking for an inspector!!
