Peter was nothing short of exceptional! 💭Everyone knows purchasing a new home can be one of the most stressful things to do but thankfully the inspection process was the easiest part of it all. 🙌 From scheduling to the actual inspection everything was super smooth. I needed an inspection done asap and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in.🙏 The inspection report was immensely detailed and so easy to understand. Any questions I had Peter explained thoroughly. I'm excited to start this new chapter in my life and happy that A&P Inspections gave me peace of mind my family and I will be in a safe place. LOVED LOVED LOVED! Peter was so great. He answered all my questions and he also gave me tips on how to clean my water heater. Very friendly and no attitude detected when listening or answering my questions. I will highly recommend this company. And did I say the prices are reasonable. I just knew I was going to be paying an outrageous price for my inspection. I will most definitely be using this company for my Annual maintenance checkup. Thank you Peter.

Any one looking to buy a house and needing a home inspection done should hire Peter at A&P inspection solutions. Not only did he give us a thorough inspection, he explained everything! He was patient when listening to and answering all of our questions. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and interested in sharing his knowledge with the home buyer. My realtor was even impressed with his comprehensive inspection of our home. My husband and I feel so confident in our new home purchase. We recently used A&P for a home inspection and I couldn't be more pleased! I have worked with several other inspectors over the years but the quality of the report was astounding, every detail was caught and it was very affordable. They were on time, very professional and EXTREMELY thorough. I would highly recommend A&P if you are looking for an inspector!!
